A1 : We create the project team and tools (Website/twinspace/fb group/Blog )
The aim of this activity is to organize the project work from the very beginning.
At each school the teams consist of the headmaster, the coordinator, the deputy teacher, 4
teachers,. One member of the team is responsible for budget management together with the Headmaster and two members in each school are responsible of the dissemination.
In total about 40 students and 8 teachers participate in different project activities in all schools
The meetings were held mostly every week.
The teachers’ team of the schools created the online tools that we have decided as being necessary for the development and dissemination of the project. These involve the creation of the Facebook group of the project , this is the link:

At the beginning of September we started a project in the eTwinning platform and created our
Twinspace in order to make our work available, the presentations of the schools, the activity process and all the development of the project

Moreover we have created PADLET DASHBOARD, a kind of virtual wall where we post our
activities and the results. We made it as pubblic to give visibility to our project and disseminate it

Students and teachers communicate also by whattsapp group for immediate information and by google classroom where materials, suggestions, ideas are shared
The Spanish partner has created the project website: https://nadavicmar.wixsite.com/drama where all the material and the results of the activities of al, the partners are shared
The link has also been posted in our school websites where we have made virtual Erasmus corners.

One of the first activities the students carried out is the creation of an Erasmus wall and an Erasmus corner in our school. There the activities of the project are shared alongside with photos of the mobilities and the news that the project teams want to share. This works as a means of
dissemination for all the school community but also as a motivational tool for students who are members of the Erasmus group to show their work, and also for other students to be motivated to take part in school projects.
The students who are in the project are all enthusiastic about being in the Erasmus team and they worked with great pleasure for designing the Erasmus corner, some parents helped students and teachers in its creation too.
