WORKSHOPS
The following workshops are carried out:
1. SPAIN
During the first TPM at IES Politécnico Jesús Marín in Málaga, Spain:
1. Workshop held by experts in drama at Politécnico Jesús Marín.
Development of Politecnico-teatro. Use of marionettes as a means to develop students’ imagination, making them aware of current social issues.
2. Interactive workshop by experts on drama at school level.
3. Drama in second language learning. Use of Drama in language learning:
Highschool video plays recorded over the years on the use of drama in adapted plays, sketches, roleplays, interviews, etc.

2. The Netherlands
LTTA C1,
Non Formal Learning activities are held. The Dutch school creates situations where participating students carry out activities where they learn in a non formal way: teambuilding activities to stimulate the participation between students; making a real 3D Painting de Nachtwacht (painted by Rembrandt), creating a Tableau Vivant to learn about art. Workshops about the Theme Non Formal learning, working in groups of students of different countries dealing with different subjects(eg:Using modern media in sport- Arts, and other subjects) but central will be Presentation, Solving problems together, Aspects of Drama and learning in a different way. Students also play a game called “The Mole”.

3. POLAND.

Activities that teach students appreciate art, let them look at classical literature not as a compulsory and boring subject but as a medium to teach them the truths of life. These are:
-“La Commedia dell’Arte” This activity would let students learn the idea and involve the English language to produce their own drama dialogues based on a scenario.
-They will let the students partecipate in vocal pedagogy classes to enhance their public presentation skills and learn to use English more freely, outside of the clasroom context..
-They will organise a visit of a theatrical group to their school to let sudents experience live performance which will provide them with new emotions and take part in drama workshops with professional actors afterwards.
-Presentation of a video showing an example of their good practices : classical piece of literature translated into modern English to make them more comprehensible. Possibly, it could be then turned into other forms of art, such as pantomime, dance or film. The outcome is the video.

3. PORTUGAL

A Workshop “ From reading to play”. Demonstrating the power of psychodrama and its power to enhance students self empowerment
-Visits to important Theatres: Teatro D.Maria in Lisbon and as a different stage for performing: Mãe de água
-Talking to actors - visiting Casa do Artista, where students will be able to talk to retired artists about their work and lives
-Is Drama a drama? theatre and living in society - a performance done by host students about the drama topic, including text, scenários, costumes and choreography (music and dancing) to be presented to the guests.
